How Not to Appear Reasonable

Something that you can say in order to not impress The Snurp during a debate:

"Do I need to bring up the documentary I watched last night?"

The person who said this was talking politics with the person next to him, and I was nearby. It was a good thing it was not to me, for if it was he would have found himself in a choke hold at once. Also, Angels and Demons by Dan Brown is not a legitimate source when trying to defend historical claims about the Spanish Inquisition, regardless of whether or not it was right.
